Babylon’s Peak, The Wedge SMV (2022)

The SMV in the title standing for the blend of Shiraz, Mourvedre, and Viognier grape varieties used in the making of this ruby red wine. Spicy and leather nose with dark fruit. Black forest cake and cassis on the palate. Fine and grainy tannins with a full and rich aftertaste. Fruity red blend with the Rhône grape varieties. Pleasant to enjoy a glass or two.
