Ingredients
Salt, MSG (Flavour enhancer), spices (chilli 6.4%), herb and spice extracts (celery), dehydrated vegetables (onion, red bell pepper), maltodextrin, flavour blend [spice extract, vegetable oil (palm fruit), flavourings], vegetable oil (canola seed).

Make blackened spatchcock chicken on the grill
Instructions
(Ingredients to make one cup of marinade)
- 4 Tbs lemon juice
- 5 Tbs olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 7g of Portuguese Peri Peri Seasoning
- 1 Tbs chilli flakes (optional for extra heat)
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and marinade chicken overnight in the fridge. Coals must be very hot for the chicken to acquire the “blackened” look and taste. Baste continuously as the chicken cooks.
