Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
This pairing of Bakers Romany Creams® biscuits with vanilla ice-cream is a match made in dessert heaven.
Ingredients
- 20 Bakers Romany Creams® biscuits, roughly chopped
- 500 ml fresh cream
- 10 ml caramel essence
- 385 g can sweetened condensed milk
- Sugar cones
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the fresh cream using an electric whisk, until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the condensed milk and caramel essence.
- Add the roughly chopped Bakers Romany Creams® biscuits and transfer into an empty 2 L container.
- Place in the freeze for at least 6 hours, overnight is best.
- Serve with a sugar cone and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
