Crunchy Choc Coconut Biscuits: Biscuit: Wheat Flour (Gluten), Sugar, Unhydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit), Desiccated Coconut (9%) (Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite)), Colourant (E150C), Salt, Golden Syrup, Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Cocoa Powder Choc Filling (25%): Sugar, Skimmed Milk Powder, Unhydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Palm Mesocarp, Palm Kernel (Soya)), Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (E322 (Soya)).

Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

This pairing of Bakers Romany Creams® biscuits with vanilla ice-cream is a match made in dessert heaven.
Ingredients
  • 20 Bakers Romany Creams® biscuits, roughly chopped
  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 10 ml caramel essence
  • 385 g can sweetened condensed milk
  • Sugar cones
  • Chocolate sauce
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the fresh cream using an electric whisk, until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the condensed milk and caramel essence.
  3. Add the roughly chopped Bakers Romany Creams® biscuits and transfer into an empty 2 L container.
  4. Place in the freeze for at least 6 hours, overnight is best.
  5. Serve with a sugar cone and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
