Refunds will be issued for any defective products. Photographic proof will be required. In some instances, we may ask for the product to be returned (at our expense).
Refunds for any unwanted items (non-defective) will only be issued if the product is received back unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Returns for unwanted items will be at the customer’s expense.
No refunds can be offered for perishables such as boerewors, koeksisters, unless the product is received defective.
Consumables must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Non-consumables must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- Books are returned with signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is not returned within time limit stated earlier
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / partial refund.
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Note: Refunds may take a few days to appear in your account.
Sale items
Sale items can only be refunded if damaged.
