Cooking instructions
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 cup maize meal
- Bring water and salt to the boil in a large pot
- Add maize meal.
- Stir thoroughly until smooth and cover with lid
- Reduce heat and simmer for 35 min, stirring occasionally
Note: 1 cup of raw Iwisa No. 1 super maize meal = 4 cups cooked maize meal (pap) when the cooking instructions are followed
